Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReplyMore ("the Service"), including the ReplyMore web application at replymore.com and the ReplyMore Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyMore is an AI-powered tool that helps users generate reply and post suggestions for social media platforms, currently supporting X (formerly Twitter) with LinkedIn support coming soon.

ReplyMore is designed to help you get ideas for replies and posts faster. It is an assistive writing tool intended to improve your productivity and creativity when engaging on social media. It is not designed, intended, or permitted to be used for mass-sending replies, automated spamming, or any form of high-volume automated interaction on any platform.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth or a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Use generated content as suggestions and review them before posting
• Comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you use ReplyMore with (e.g., X/Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Not use the Service to generate content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate-limiting mechanisms

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for automated spamming, mass-replying, or any form of unsolicited bulk messaging
• Use the Service to send a high volume of replies or posts in a short period of time
• Use the Service to impersonate other individuals or entities
• Use the Service to manipulate engagement metrics, trends, or algorithms on any platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or API tokens
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Plans

ReplyMore offers the following subscription plans:

• Free: 10 AI-generated replies per day, at no cost.
• Pro ($9/month): 100 AI-generated replies per day.
• Unlimited ($29/month): Unlimited AI-generated replies per day.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

5.4 Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@replymore.com and we will review your case.

6. AI-Generated Content

The replies and posts generated by ReplyMore are AI-generated suggestions powered by OpenAI. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to post any generated content.
• Generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended purpose.
• You are the publisher of any content you choose to post using suggestions from ReplyMore, and you assume full responsibility for that content.
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Liability for Account Actions

ReplyMore does not take any responsibility if your X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or any other social media account is suspended, restricted, or permanently banned as a result of your use of the Service or the content you choose to post.

Social media platforms have their own terms of service, community guidelines, and automated enforcement systems. It is your responsibility to ensure that your activity on these platforms, including content generated with the assistance of ReplyMore, complies with their rules.

ReplyMore is a content suggestion tool. We do not control how or when you post content, the frequency of your interactions, or your overall behavior on any platform. The decision to post any content remains entirely yours.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by ReplyMore and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using ReplyMore, you do not transfer any intellectual property rights to us.

9. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@replymore.com. Upon account deletion, all of your personal information, usage data, prompts, preferences, and subscription records will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReplyMore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReplyMore, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to using the Service for spamming, abuse, or any prohibited activity.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReplyMore operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
